Added support for EWS authentication using OAuth for listening to emails on Office 365.
Added support for use of a proxy for listening to emails.
Fixed a bug in downloading files from Amazon s3.
DataFromHtml now supports tables with multiple tbody tags.
Fix to SheetNames.SK function which was not properly integrated with recent support for s3 paths.
Improvements to looging of exceptions in the addin.
Fixed bug introduced in previous release where a missing or empty Urls.txt file in addin folder would cause a crash.
Fixed bug in DataFromPdf which would fail on some machines on files that were not password protected.
DataFromHtml now handles blank table rows correctly. It also ignores some invalid attributes.
Fixed some bugs in SSO support implemented in the last release.
