Fixed bug in case of empty list in a workbook picker (both with and without checkbox list).
Fixed bug where download all output files functionality would break if one of the outputs did not get generated.
Fixed bug in DataFromExcel when importing from a workbook in xml spreadsheet format if it contained blank cells.
